3. Liability and Insurance
3.1 Limitation of Liability: Mystic Journeys serves as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not accountable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay experienced during your trip. Travel insurance is strongly advised for coverage against unexpected incidents.

4. User Responsibilities

4.2 Conduct: Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner. Mystic Journeys reserves the right to terminate the travel arrangements of any individual whose behavior adversely affects others.

b) Flights and Accommodation: Refunds for flights and accommodation will be processed based on the policies of the respective service providers. This may take varying amounts of time, and we will provide you with an estimated timeframe when you request a refund.
